Fresh Beauty Experience Pages
For every major campaign, I designed an experience page for a highlighted product to illustrate and further elevate the efficacy, storytelling, and technology behind a the product.
Following the campaign launch, I used user metrics and analytics to further improve the experience and created a best practices toolkit for future pages.

the challenge
Balancing efficacious information with romantic storytelling thru video and engaging elements/content all while maintaining shopability.
the goal
Objective is to continually optimize the user experience based on metrics all while continually pushing the look and feel as the brand evolves.
key findings
Scroll rate was an average 40% on content pages
Animation and interactive elements
(ie carousel) increased engagement
on the page (especially on mobile)
Strategic placement and increase in number of CTAs helped users reach product detail page (business goal)
Users are researching products more and more before purchasing. They’re consistently looking at ingredients, benefits & efficacious information, and reviews from others to influence their purchases
