previous design
challenges on previous design
Deciding on our sales strategy on the site – getting users to request a demo or acquire more user accounts
Choosing which key user to prioritize and market to on the homepage (primary page at the time)

Working with the limited content and creative we had as we were gathering case studies, user feedback and reviews
goals
Grow the number of talent accounts and increase conversion for Talent event creation and promotion
Elevate the site design to align with the evolving brand
Increase clicks and conversion on demo requests
key users
Solidifying the main users of the product, I collaborated with marketing to establish the core content and the flow of each user's dedicated page.
Fan
Talent
Business

site map
Expanding the site with several new pages while keeping the business goals in mind, we consistently and strategically placed account creation CTAs for Talents and Fans, request demo blocks, and pushed reviews throughout each page.

account creation
user flow
Whether a Fan or Talent, each flow has a similar cadence – Personal Details, User Preferences and a success screen to login. Recently releasing the User Preferences step to acquire more personalized data (ex: Who do you dream to have an autograph session with?), the intention for acquiring this data is to provide users with a unique experience with personalized recommendations in the future.
final outcome
Seen throughout the site, I designed new responsive content blocks (ie parallax, scroll-to-reveal, etc) and added some animation to elevate the user experience.
